Dungarvin Human Resources is made up of four key areas that work together to support our nationwide teams:
- HR Operations: This group includes Benefits, People Services, Leave Management, Compensation, Communications, and Human Resource Information Systems professionals.
- Talent Acquisition: In these roles, the team builds strategies to attract, source, interview, and offer people roles that align with their skills and qualifications to the organization's positions.
- Talent Development: Within Talent Development, the focus is on identifying, nurturing, and growing employee knowledge and skills within the organization.
- Human Resource Business Partners: HRBP roles integrate business strategies with HR/people management of the organization.
