Dungarvin provides comprehensive training to state employees providing direct care that adheres to state and national standards, as well as our own best practices to meet people where they are and work with and alongside them to tailor the supports they need.

Our initial training includes a welcome session, CPR/first aid, Therap® documentation, medication administration, and therapeutic options, as well as other site-specific trainings that may be required.

At Dungarvin, you will receive hands-on support and structured learning to help you build confidence and develop the person-centered skills needed to support individuals in an authentic and meaningful manner.

Ongoing Development:

Training does not stop after orientation. You will continue learning throughout your career with us. We pride ourselves on our excellent Talent Development department that provides exceptional training opportunities for our professional workforce.
