Direct Care Professionals provide assistance to people in need of support. Staff may assist with a wide variety of essential job duties. Tasks include personal cares, meal preparation, attending appointments, medication administration, housekeeping, and completing errands. Some individuals we support have behavioral management plans that staff are trained on and work with.
